Job summary

LG Electronics Eco Solutions is hiring a Program Manager to lead the forward direction of our product line, tracking market needs, regulatory changes, and competition to shape a roadmap that keeps our platforms ahead of the market.

This role is an individual contributor reporting to a Senior Program Manager or Product Development Manager, suitable for someone early in their product management career with a technical foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• 0–4 years of experience in product management, development, or applications engineering; HVAC experience a plus.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred, both written and verbal, for technical and business discussions.
• Ability to read and interpret regulatory and standards documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market needs, customer requirements, and industry trends across assigned product lines.
• Track regulatory and code changes and assess impact on products.
• Research competitive landscape including product specs, positioning, and pricing.
• Support development and maintenance of the product roadmap with senior management.
• Translate inputs into clear product requirements for engineering.
• Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and sales for feature decisions.
• Assist with go-to-market planning and cross-functional launch coordination.
