Job summary

LG Electronics Eco Solutions is hiring a Program Manager to own the forward direction of our product line, tracking market needs, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to drive the roadmap.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to a Senior Program Manager or Product Development Manager, intended for someone early in their product management career with a technical foundation to build on.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and related field.
0–4 years in product management, development, or applications engineering; HVAC experience a plus.
Bilingual Korean and English preferred for technical and business discussions.
Working knowledge of HVAC systems and components or quick aptitude to learn.

Responsibilities

Monitor market needs, customer requirements, and industry trends for assigned product lines.
Track regulatory changes and assess impact on products and roadmap.
Research competitive landscape, including specs, positioning, and pricing.
Support roadmap development under senior PM guidance; translate inputs for engineering.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales on feature decisions.
Prepare market and competitive analyses for leadership reviews.
Contribute to business case development for new initiatives.
