The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in nCino and will be responsible for defining product vision, owning epics, and managing features and user stories throughout the development lifecycle. This role requires the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, engage with clients, and support future client onboarding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery

• Own and manage product epics, features, and user stories end‑to‑end.
• Prioritize and maintain a well‑groomed product backlog aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product increments.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure deliverables meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct sprint planning, backlog refinement, and participate actively in agile ceremonies.

Client Onboarding & Future Growth

• Support future client onboarding initiatives, including assessing requirements, planning implementation phases, and aligning product capabilities.
• Develop repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for successful customer onboarding.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to enable seamless adoption of new features and product releases.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent role.
• Strong consulting background with experience in large‑scale financial system implementations.
• nCino experience is mandatory (certifications preferred).
