Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Product Owner for Unstructured Data & AI in New York, NY (with additional US locations) to define strategy for unstructured data products and lead cross‑functional collaboration across business, data, technology, risk and control teams.

You will translate ambiguous challenges into scalable data products, drive adoption, and build lighthouse pilots while ensuring governance and compliance in an AI-enabled enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, strategy, consulting, data, or related fields.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear strategies, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking and product leadership, including discovery, prioritization, experimentation, delivery, adoption and value measurement.
• Executive communication and storytelling to simplify complex topics and build stakeholder support.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence without authority, and align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Technical fluency in unstructured data and AI and translating capabilities into practical product decisions.
• Knowledge of unstructured data pipelines, metadata, governance, search, indexing, and data product interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the strategy, vision, roadmap, and priorities for unstructured data products across CCB.
• Partner with business leaders and data owners to identify high-value opportunities and turn them into governed data products.
• Build coalitions across business, product, data, technology, risk, and control teams from concept to adoption.
• Lead discovery to translate business challenges into clear product concepts, value propositions and actionable plans.
• Develop executive narratives and business cases to secure stakeholder support.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams in publishing, discovering and consuming AI-ready unstructured data.
• Lead lighthouse products and pilots, measure adoption and value, accelerate reuse across CCB.
• Ensure products meet governance, privacy, compliance, records management and risk requirements.
