Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• US citizenship required due to government contract requirements.
• Experience as Product Owner/BA/Requirements Manager in Agile/Scrum.
• Ability to translate complex government workflows into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent time management and prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with backlog tools such as Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as liaison between government stakeholders and the Scrum team to define vision and requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master and development team to manage scope and velocity.
• Identify process improvements, reduce technical debt, and foster collaboration.
• Communicate progress to clients and stakeholders; contribute to status updates.
