Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to lead our DevSecOps and SysAdmin team on a government program. The role focuses on Agile leadership, platform vision, and CI/CD automation to ensure resilient, scalable environments.

Candidates must hold TS/SCI Poly and have strong Kubernetes/Ansible/Helm experience. The position is on site in Ypsilanti, Michigan, or Chantilly, VA, with up to 10% travel and a requirement for U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with TS/SCI Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or 5 years of professional experience.
• IAT Level II or III certification (e.g. Security+, CISSP, or CASP).
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, and/or Helm.
• Experience navigating Linux systems.
• Experience deploying in AWS environment.
• Familiarity with government requirements for DevSecOps and regulations for code deployments.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an Agile scrum team of 5-10 contributors.
• Build a vision for our platform today and in the future, including resiliency and platform flexibility.
• Drive the Agile cadence including writing feature acceptance criteria, monitor progress, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Present to customer at the appropriate technical level.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline design and implementation with automation and reduced build times.
• Deploy/troubleshoot in Cloud environments (AWS) and instances.
• Communicate effectively across teams in a small group.
• Mentor junior developers and promote CI/CD and automated testing best practices.
• Work with the team to advance large software development packages.
