Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Product Owner for Transmission & Distribution Planning in Charlotte, NC. The role is hybrid with a 12-month duration and a pay rate of $75–$85 per hour (W2 only).

You will define and manage product roadmaps, backlog, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive Agile experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product

Qualifications

Experience leading product roadmaps and backlogs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong SDLC and Agile experience, with sprint ceremonies.
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into product priorities and stories.
Experience shipping software or new product capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder influence.
Ability to work self-directed and KPI-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Define, deliver, and manage lifecycle of Transmission & Distribution Planning products.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and enhance technology products.
Define product roadmap and align priorities with business objectives.
Manage backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
Gather user insights and stakeholder feedback to guide development.
Collaborate with developers, designers, analysts, and partners.
Communicate roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
Support budgeting and funding activities for the portfolio.
Develop domain expertise in T&D planning and translate requirements into priorities.
