Responsibilities
  • Champion customer interests throughout the product lifecycle, acting as the primary channel for requirements gathering, solution design, and critical decision-making.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, analyze usage data, and extract actionable insights to strategically shape product roadmaps, feature sets, and future priorities.
  • Translate complex business objectives and diverse customer feedback into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements for technology initiatives, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Strategically assess and prioritize features, improvements, and bug fixes to ensure the highest value delivery, meticulously aligned with overarching company strategy.
  • Foster robust collaboration with talent acquisition business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure seamless alignment and effective product launches.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept generation to final release, guaranteeing projects are delivered on schedule and meet stringent quality benchmarks.
  • Continuously monitor system and process performance, proactively gather user feedback, and identify innovative opportunities for ongoing enhancement and evolution.
Must‑Have Qualifications
  • 6‑10 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Owner focused on Talent Acquisition.
  • Mandatory hands‑on experience with ATS configuration and a robust understanding of its product architecture and technical capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively within cross‑functional teams.
  • Extensive experience managing the product development lifecycle and consistently delivering high‑quality results on time.
  • Ability to align product vision seamlessly with broader business strategy and evolving customer needs.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
