PNC seeks a Senior Product Owner in Treasury Management to own the product vision and backlog, serving as the voice of the customer. You will align Scrum teams to deliver value across UK payment schemes and core banking integrations.

You will partner with engineering, compliance, and ops to translate regulatory changes into actionable requirements and ensure timely delivery while communicating impact to stakeholders.

Position Overview

As a Product Owner Sr within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ.

Job responsibilities:

  • Owns the UK Payments Hub roadmap and backlog, driving delivery across CHAPS, Bacs, Faster Payments, and SWIFT in line with regulatory and ISO 20022 requirements.
  • Defines requirements with engineering, compliance, and ops teams to integrate the payments hub with core banking systems such as GL, Compliance, and Reconciliation.
  • Acts as SME on UK clearing/settlement schemes, translating scheme and regulatory changes into clear requirements for delivery teams.

Job Description

Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value. Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product based on business value. Drives the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures the backlog is correctly prioritized based on business value. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions. Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $112,000.00 – $249,600.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
