PNC is seeking a Senior Product Owner within Treasury Management to lead Receivables initiatives, owning backlog and guiding Agile delivery. You will partner with technology, architecture, UX, and business stakeholders to shape the roadmap and maximize client value.

As a Product Owner Senior within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based anywhere within the PNC footprint, near an office location. PNC Treasury Management is seeking an experienced Product Owner to support the strategy, development, and evolution of our Receivables platform and associated receivables solutions. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams, technology partners, and Agile development teams to deliver innovative receivables capabilities that help clients streamline payment processing, automate cash application, and improve working capital outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a background in Treasury Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related discipline, along with hands‑on experience serving as a Product Owner in an Agile environment. Experience with receivables products such as Lockbox, Integrated Receivables, Cash Application, Electronic Receivables, ACH, Wire, ERP integrations, or related Treasury Management solutions is highly desirable.

Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value. Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product based on business value. Drives the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures the backlog is correctly prioritized based on business value. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions. Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients.
