Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management, typically with a Bachelor's degree, and 2–4 years direct experience with agile teams, plus 5 years in business, technology or consulting.
• Ability to depict complex ideas and educate stakeholders on business vision and plan; impact of change.
• Decision-making, problem solving, and the ability to push solutions and progress.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and communicate the product vision and roadmap for documents, forms and policy information, in partnership with senior product leadership.
• Own and prioritize the day-to-day backlog across business needs and user feedback; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, design and research to ideate with users and validate solutions before they ship.
• Use data and user feedback to understand opportunities, measure impact and inform decisions.
