Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Product Owner I for US Retail Markets Servicing Solutions to shape how documents, forms and policy information are presented to service representatives and agents. You will own delivery of three connected areas and collaborate with UX, research and engineering to create efficient, compliant experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in agile teams and 5+ years in business, technology or consulting, plus a bachelor’s in a relevant field.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management through a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years working with agile teams plus 5+ years in business, technology or consulting.
Ability to depict complex ideas to varied audiences and educate stakeholders on vision and plans.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities with quick judgment in fast-changing environments.
Experience or familiarity with the insurance servicing domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the backlog for documents, forms and policy information with guidance from senior product leadership.
Collaborate daily with engineering, design and research to validate solutions before release.
Use data and feedback to measure impact and inform product decisions.
Engage stakeholders across teams and communicate trade-offs clearly.
