Job summary

Liberty Mutual Group is seeking a Product Owner I for the Documents, Forms & Policy Information experience within the servicing platform. You’ll own three connected parts: documents and forms, policy summary, and policy details, working with research, UX and engineering to ensure fast, accessible servicing for thousands of employees and agents.

You will lead product strategy, backlog prioritization and data-informed decisions, collaborating with engineering, design and research to validate

Qualifications

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management as typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years direct experience with agile teams as well as 5 years in business, technology or consulting.
Ability to balance the needs of internal employees and independent agents while supporting a consistent, converged experience where possible.
Experience working with research, UX and engineering to design distribution experiences that feel effortless.

Responsibilities

Contribute to and help communicate the product vision and roadmap for documents, forms and policy information.
Own and prioritize the day-to-day backlog across business needs, user feedback and program dependencies.
Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria, and accept completed work with the team.
Collaborate daily with engineering, design and research to ideate with users and validate solutions before they ship.
