What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and align the Product Roadmap to strategic goals by analyzing and documenting business and technology needs
- Engage with the Agile development team to define and maintain Product Backlog epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Communicate business product needs to technologists and stakeholders, ensuring accountability for product functionality and adoption
- Research and analyze the product roadmap, market, and user needs to inform business decisions
- Advocate for Agile methodologies and broaden team understanding of new technologies and trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, business development, solutions development, or equivalent experience, or 2 years as a product owner
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, principles, and procedures
- Ability to define and build product roadmaps and manage stakeholder expectations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Proficient with Salesforce (CRM)
- Advanced experience with Customer Service and/or Claims Operations
