Job summary

KFC is seeking a Product Owner – Restaurant Technology to own the strategy, roadmap and delivery for ordering and fulfilment platforms spanning 850+ restaurants. You will partner across Operations, Marketing, Digital, Finance and Technology to define requirements and drive a future-ready POS transformation.

The role requires 8+ years in product or technical IT, strong Agile delivery skills, and the ability to balance customer experience with operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience owning digital or technology products from strategy through to delivery.
• Proven ability to prioritise roadmaps and backlogs with multi-stakeholder input.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap and vision for ordering and fulfilment products across 850+ restaurants.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and backlog prioritisation to delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Digital, Finance and Technology to define business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and deliver using Agile methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI to drive continuous improvement and business value.
• Drive the next-gen POS transformation and scalable technology solutions.
