What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic goals and product vision
• Regularly interact with stakeholders to understand business value and prioritize work
• Monitor vendor application release calendars and communicate updates to the product roadmap
• Lead the product team in building subject matter expertise and ownership of the product
• Ensure product documentation, release notes, and user guides are created and maintained

What is Required (Qualifications) :

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a product owner in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial banking industry experience with knowledge of banking applications preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with product management tools, such as Jira

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) are highly desired
• Experience stepping into new markets and translating requirements into a coherent product vision
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence others in a collaborative setting
