Job summary

CitiusTech is seeking a Product Analyst to drive requirements and product ownership for Patient Support Programs, HUB Services, RCM, Payer, and Claims Processing solutions. This role emphasizes agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and effective communication across teams.

You will translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, guiding Scrum teams through the lifecycle and providing training to customer teams when required. Remote work option available.

Qualifications

• Strong domain expertise in Patient Support Programs, HUB Services, RCM, Payer, and Claims Processing.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience gathering requirements, preparing specification documents, and managing business requirements.
• Experience working as a Product Owner and translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong requirements management, business analysis, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
• Capability to train customer teams and conduct classroom training sessions.
