Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Ownership/Management or related roles.
• Experience with Property & Casualty insurance workflows is a plus.
• Experience in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban).
• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
