Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a senior Product Owner to lead Procure-to-Pay and Finance Systems initiatives in San Jose, CA.

You will define the product vision, prioritize backlogs, and collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact improvements. The role requires deep PTP and finance domain knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and experience guiding design, UAT, and implementations across ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with strong Product Owner/Business Product Management background.
• Deep knowledge of PTP, Procurement, and Finance processes.
• Strong understanding of procurement-to-finance integrations and business controls.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT and stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, controls, and improved supplier/payment operations.
• Work closely with architects and delivery teams on solution design, integrations, and functional gaps.
• Drive UAT, business readiness, adoption, and successful implementation.

Primary Location: San Jose, CA

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Product Owner – Procure-to-Pay (PTP) / Finance Systems for our premier client in San Jose, CA.

Education and Experience:

• 12+ years of experience, with strong Product Owner / Business Product Management experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

• Deep knowledge of PTP, Procurement, and Finance processes.


• Strong understanding of procurement-to-finance integrations and business controls.


• Work with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements.

Good to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Supply Chain Management.


• SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise ERP experience.


• Experience with supplier management, AP automation, e-invoicing, or payment platforms.


• Product Owner / Agile certifications.
