Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager specializing in Finance Transformation to drive multi-year transformation programs in San Jose, CA. You will own the roadmap and partner with business leaders to align finance processes, systems, and data flows.

The role requires deep expertise across OTC, RTR, and PTP processes, plus strong executive influence and the ability to shepherd large-scale ERP initiatives across global organizations. A PM/Agile background is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior product management or product ownership within finance transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of OTC, RTR, and PTP processes and their interdependencies.
• Experience leading multi-year product/transformation roadmaps with executive visibility.

• Own and drive a multi-year finance transformation roadmap across ERP and related platforms.
• Partner with executives and business leaders to align processes, data, and controls across the finance function.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale enterprise transformations within budget and schedule.

Senior Product Manager - Finance Transformation

Primary Location: San Jose, CA

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Senior Product Manager - Finance Transformation for our premier client in San Jose, CA.

Education and Experience

• 15+ years of experience, including significant experience in Senior Product Management / Product Ownership and Finance transformation.
• Deep expertise across OTC, RTR, and PTP processes and their interdependencies.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Finance,
• Strong experience working with senior executives and business stakeholders in complex, global organizations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Product Management, PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
• ERP, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise Finance systems, integrations, data flows, controls, and financial operations.
• Demonstrated ability to own and influence a multi-year product/transformation roadmap.

Good to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance & Operations.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Zuora, or other enterprise Finance/ERP/CRM platforms.
• Experience in ERP modernization, platform consolidation, Finance operating-model transformation, or global process standardization.
• Experience with automation, AI/GenAI, analytics, or digital transformation.
