Job summary

Novartis Group of Companies in East Hanover, NJ, seeks an Associate Director, Performance Reporting Product Owner to own the roadmap, delivery, and continuous enhancement of PRIME’s reporting capabilities. You will collaborate with analytics, engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver trusted dashboards, actionable insights, and data-driven commercial decisions.

This role is primarily hybrid with 10% travel; some live meetings in East Hanover may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product ownership/management, BI, analytics, or enterprise reporting.
• Experience delivering reporting, dashboards, or analytics products using agile practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Working knowledge of BI platforms, data visualization, analytics, SQL, and modern software development.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for performance reporting capabilities, dashboards, and analytics products within PRIME.
• Gather requirements, define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, UX, and Data teams to deliver scalable reporting products.
• Drive product discovery, sprint planning, release management, and user acceptance testing.
• Monitor adoption, quality, and business outcomes to identify enhancements.
• Ensure reporting products align with data governance, platform standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as day-to-day product owner and facilitate cross-functional ceremonies.
