Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a data-savvy Product Owner to lead the Oracle PDH and Informatica MDM initiative from the business side. You will bridge business strategy and IT execution, ensure steady-state operations of Phase 1, and define the roadmap for future phases across CRM/ERP data platforms.

You will ensure data consistency and governance, partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT, and drive change management, training, and documentation to enable scalable, cross‑functional adoption.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data governance principles and data quality management.
• Experience with Oracle PDH and/or Informatica MDM is highly preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product backlog for the PDH/MDM platform.
• Lead phased implementation and business readiness for phases 1–future.
• Establish data governance policies and data quality metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align needs.
• Drive user training, documentation, and SME support.
