Job summary

You will drive roadmap execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment while supporting operational excellence. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years ERP experience are required, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years supporting Oracle Finance or comparable ERP.
• Functional knowledge of ABS, shared services, Finance operations.
• Experience in cross-cultural, cross-functional, fast-paced projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner for CLS Finance systems and processes.
• Support the product vision, roadmap, and backlog with balancing priorities.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to identify process optimization opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and prioritized work items.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and transparent prioritization decisions.
• Apply data-driven decision making and domain knowledge to advisory roles.
• Manage finance master data governance, system requests, and controls.
• Support demand management and represent priorities in governance forums.
• Maintain visibility of finance initiatives across projects and roadmaps.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ERP enhancements and transformations.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Support change adoption and travel up to 10%.
