Job summary

ASML is seeking a Product Owner within the Capability Center to lead the CLS Finance systems portfolio, primarily Oracle Finance applications. You will bridge business needs and IT delivery, prioritizing the backlog and driving value through continuous improvement and roadmap execution.

You will partner with Finance and IT across geographies, ensure data governance, and guide ERP enhancements while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years supporting Oracle Finance or similar ERP finance apps.
• Experience in ABS/shared services or global enabling services preferred.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner for CLS Finance systems and processes.
• Support the product vision, roadmap, and backlog with business priorities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and priorities.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive alignment and transparent prioritization decisions across teams.
• Manage finance master data governance, requests, and controls compliance.
• Support demand management and portfolio governance, including US IT meetings.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with roadmaps and business objectives.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ERP enhancements and transformations.
• Apply continuous improvement to improve efficiency and user experience.
