Job summary

MISO is seeking a Product Owner II to shape the future of how the grid is managed through a suite of operator and market-facing applications. You will own the vision, roadmap, and backlog while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver value in an Agile environment.

You will champion user-centered outcomes, develop business cases, and guide release planning, with a focus on real-time communication, logging accuracy, and readiness across operations and markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management/ownership.
• Strong collaboration and servant leadership abilities.
• Know­ledge of Agile methodologies and product practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Lead discovery through targeted questioning and workflow analysis with operators and SMEs to prioritize research.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure objective-driven delivery.
• Apply Agile mindset to improve delivery, learning, and user-centered thinking.
• Connect product decisions to user workflows, outcomes, and strategic goals.
