MISO is seeking a Product Owner II to shape the future of how the grid is managed, owning the vision and roadmap for operator and market-facing applications. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and guide solution design in a transitioning product operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, IT, Engineering, or related field; or 4 years relevant work experience equivalency.
• 3–6 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, systems engineering, or related experience.
• Proven experience shaping and driving product vision and roadmaps.
• Strong servant leadership with collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of software development concepts and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with user experience best practices and translating business needs into solutions.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools in product management to improve productivity and workflow.
