We're seeking a Product Owner II to help shape the future of how MISO manages the electrical grid. Our Control Room Operators depend on our Operations Communications and Logging & Compliance tools every day to maintain reliable grid operations. These missioncritical applications power realtime status sharing, coordinated action, smooth operator workflows, and effortless compliance. In this role, you will own the vision and roadmap for a suite of operator and market facing applications, ensuring they align with user needs, business objectives, and evolving industry trends. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to prioritize work, guide solution design, and drive value through agile practices. As MISO transitions from a project-based structure to a product operating model, you'll bring clarity, advocate for user-centered outcomes, and help define what great product ownership looks like in a complex and rapidly evolving environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement, and building the structure needed to support long-term product success.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $143,000 - $168,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. At MISO we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, vacation, sick and safe time, available on your first day of employment.
