Job summary

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
• 8+ years’ experience in a mix of systems engineering/architecture development and technical project management.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel.
• Master’s degree in related technical fields (desired).
• 10+ years’ experience in systems engineering/architecture with IC/DoD (desired).

Responsibilities

• As Product Owner, engage with stakeholders to understand needs for NASIC PED software, architectures, and networks.
• Assist software architecture users in developing and prioritizing requirements.
• Advise development teams on delivering software and architecture satisfying requirements.
• Develop and communicate product vision, goals, and deliverables to developers and Government customers.
• Advise on incorporating software product development into cloud architectures.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple development teams for common NASIC solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for complex hardware and software projects.
• Apply systems engineering methodologies to enhance R&D and acquisition processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
