Job summary

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Product Owner to support NASIC at Wright Patterson AFB, OH, applying Agile methods to deliver PED software and associated architecture. You will work with stakeholders, guide development teams, and ensure alignment with government customers and cloud strategies.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a strong systems engineering background, and extensive experience in technical project management, with a focus on delivering integrated software and hardware

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
• 14+ years’ experience in a mix of systems engineering/architecture development and technical project management.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs for NASIC PED software, architectures, and networks.
• Develop and prioritize requirements as a Product Owner with developers.
• Advise on software product development to satisfy requirements.
• Communicate product vision, goals, and deliverables to developers and Government customers.
• Advise on incorporating software product development into cloud architectures.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple development teams for common architecture solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex projects spanning hardware and software.
• Apply systems engineering methodologies to enhance R&D and acquisition processes.
