Job summary

You will partner with business and technology teams to drive agile delivery, define acceptance criteria, and guide teams through complex payments initiatives such as wires, ACH, and real-time payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in business, analytics, tech, or product roles.
• Experience leading product discovery and backlog prioritization.
• Knowledge of payments, APIs, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for money movement APIs.
• Represent voice of customer to ensure value and alignment with strategy.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria to enable ATDD.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to show progress.
• Participate in all team ceremonies.
• Influence partners across the organization to maximize customer value.
• Understand and engage with customers to focus on outcomes.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners to align backlogs.
• May act on behalf of Senior Product Owner as needed.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards.
• Promote M&T Bank brand and belonging.
• Complete other related duties.
