Responsibilities

• Lead product success within an Agile Scrum environment by maximizing development-team output
• Direct and coordinate product development
• Serve as a liaison between Product Management and Product Delivery teams
• Maintain the product/team backlog and lead prioritization of initiatives
• Align experiences across channels and touchpoints to achieve business results
• Analyze and communicate customer requirements
• Recommend system, product, and process enhancements
• Identify, evaluate, and introduce new approaches and technologies in product development
• Generate ideas using innovation tools, creative processes, and cross-functional experts
• Improve processes, products, and services
• Understand stakeholder behavior, needs, concerns, and desires to identify opportunities
• Communicate the potential benefits of new ideas to stakeholders
• Influence stakeholders and gain acceptance of ideas or plans
• Collaborate with Program/Product Managers on product roadmap initiatives
• Create novel solutions with measurable value for customers
• Partner with vendors and internal departments to ensure documented tasks, timely deliverables, and SLA compliance
• Communicate project status and production performance to leadership, business partners, and external vendors
• Coordinate product-launch scope for on-time delivery of key features
• Create customer-centric user stories with the Agile team
• Lead product-backlog prioritization with Product Management
• Measure product performance using relevant information, processes, and systems

Requirements

• Working knowledge of risk management, loss control management and coordinating vendor relationships
• Thorough understanding of Vision/Roadmap creation, Portfolio/Program/Team Backlog creation, refinement and prioritization
• Proficient understanding of XML/JSON based APIs, Cloud Technologies, Service Virtualization, Test Data Management, and Data Driven Decision making
• Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe Lean enterprise concepts and best practices
• Experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating with business stakeholders, user experience teams, project managers, product managers, developers and others
• Ability to define product roadmaps and identify requirements
• Ability to demonstrate Servant leader management principles and practices
• Ability to deliver product experiences using Design Thinking and Lean methodologies
• Advanced interpersonal, verbal and written communication and cross-collaboration skills

• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager on an Agile Scrum team required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Agile Certification (PSPO or CSP-PO or POPM/APM) required
• Ability to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
• Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
• Experience integrating AI into workflows
• Familiarity with AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation
• Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection
