Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Product Owner II to lead the agile scrum team, prioritize the backlog, and ensure value delivery. You will bridge product strategy and development, work with support partners, and help achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in agile Product Owner roles, strong communication, and experience with Jira Align or Azure DevOps. This full-time role requires in-office presence in Chicago area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience with agile Product Owner duties in Scrum/SAFe environments.
• Proven track record delivering software with agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Breaks down product strategy into quarterly program increments and sprint goals.
• Relates customer needs to product strategy and roadmap.
• Maintains and prioritizes the product backlog and enablers.
• Ensures working product demos for stakeholders.
• Leads cross-functional teams to deliver value on time.
