Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Product Owner to lead agile scrum teams, translating product strategy into a prioritized backlog and clear user stories. You will work with the Product Manager to align roadmaps, coordinate with development teams, and ensure timely delivery of value aligned to customer and business goals.

This role requires experience in Scrum/SAFe environments, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or relevant field.
• Two to four years of experience in product ownership or similar role.
• At least three years of agile Product Owner experience in Scrum/SAFe environments.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and technology trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Breaks down product strategy into program increment and sprint goals with the Product Manager.
• Maintains and prioritizes the product backlog with stories, enablers, and defects.
• Leads backlog refinement and iteration planning; coordinates demos for stakeholders.
• Collaborates with leaders across ART to align priorities and transparency.
• Evaluates team contributions and fosters cross-functional empowerment.
