Job summary

Molina Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Owner to maximize the value of enterprise products across health plan operations.

You will own the product vision, backlog and delivery outcomes, partnering with engineering, architecture, data, QA and operations to ensure regulatory alignment and scalable solutions. You will translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, manage a prioritized backlog, and lead Agile ceremonies to drive delivery, quality, and operational

Qualifications

At least 5 years in product ownership/management or similar delivery roles.
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Experience with enterprise platforms, data solutions, or integrations.
Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Owns and communicates a clear product vision aligned to strategy and outcomes.
Prioritizes work based on impact, regulatory requirements, risk, and dependencies.
Acts as single point of accountability for decisions and acceptance of work.
Maintains end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to retirement.
Writes clear epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Leads backlog refinement and Agile ceremonies.
Ensures solutions are feasible, scalable, and compliant.
Translates business needs into actionable technical requirements.
