Job summary

Intelerad is seeking a Product Owner to translate strategy into actionable backlog work for a defined product area. You will collaborate daily with developers and designers to ensure features align with customer and business needs, delivering meaningful outcomes.

This role emphasizes agile delivery, backlog refinement, and close partnership with Product Managers, Sales, and Customer Success to inform prioritization and optimize sprint value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, technology, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related agile role at a software company.
• Healthcare IT experience, particularly DICOM.
• Hands-on backlog and sprint management with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to translate strategy and customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience partnering with development teams and guiding technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for an assigned product area with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner daily with developers and designers throughout the development lifecycle, making timely trade-offs.
• Validate delivered features meet acceptance criteria and desired outcomes.
• Gather input from Sales, Customer Success, Support, and customers to refine the backlog.
• Track sprint and release progress, report metrics, and incorporate UAT/beta feedback.
