Job summary

HedgeServ Corporation seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to own front-office applications, focusing on business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization platforms. You will bridge business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to translate requirements into high-quality product enhancements and solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis skills, hedge fund or financial services experience, and a passion for user-focused technology solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of BA/Product Analyst experience in hedge funds or financial services.
Experience with BI/reporting/data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Strong SQL skills to analyze data.
Experience with Jira for work item tracking.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own business and application suites; translate requirements into development work.
Gather and prioritize requirements; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate Agile sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Coordinate with development and QA to ensure quality.
Maintain Jira backlogs with clear user stories.
Provide stakeholder updates and training materials.
