HedgeServ Corporation seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to own front-office BI applications, translating business needs into high-quality enhancements. You will bridge business stakeholders, development, and QA to deliver reporting and data-visualization solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong business analysis skills in financial services and will drive requirements, prioritization, and Agile delivery across the lifecycle, including UAT and documentation.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of BA/Product Analyst experience in hedge funds or asset management.
• Proficient in BI/reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong SQL data analysis and validation skills.
• Experience managing Jira backlogs and user stories.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary business and application owner for BI-focused platforms and reporting solutions.
• Facilitate Agile delivery, backlog grooming, and sprint planning with cross-functional teams.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate UAT for new functionality.
• Engage stakeholders, communicate updates, and support adoption and training.
