Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years in a business, finance, technology, or analytical role or completion of Eaton’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP).
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future; no relocation benefit offered; within 50‑mile radius of an Eaton site.

Responsibilities

• Product Alignment – define user needs, personas, and product goals aligned with finance and digital strategy.
• Product Creation – prioritize backlog, develop user stories, facilitate testing, and guide sprint delivery.
• Product Deployment – create training materials, communicate with users, and manage rollout and adoption.
• Ongoing Product Support – monitor issues, coordinate with support teams, and analyze adoption metrics.
• Continuous Improvement – evaluate features, synthesize feedback, and drive enhancements with senior owners.
