Job summary

Luma Financial Technologies is expanding into asset management and seeks a Product Owner to drive ETF, AMC, SMA workflows across Lifecycle Manager and Product Marketplace. You will own end-to-end delivery, translate complex asset-management processes into clear requirements, and partner with Engineering and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in ETF/SMA product experience, prior work at asset managers or fintech platforms, and proven ability to manage multiple initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ETF, AMC, SMA or related asset-management product experience.
• Experience at a fintech platform, asset manager, custodian, or similar institution.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong execution discipline.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proven experience with data connectivity and workflow design for ETF ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of asset-management capabilities across Lifecycle Manager and Product Marketplace.
• Translate complex asset-management workflows into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering for sprint planning and milestone management.
• Manage external client and partner relationships throughout requirements, design, test and launch phases.
• Lead data connectivity roadmap with ETF providers and custodians, ensuring timely data flow.
