Job summary

Luma Financial Technologies is expanding into asset management and is seeking a Product Owner to lead ETF, AMC, SMA product delivery across Lifecycle Manager and Product Marketplace. You will translate complex workflows into clear requirements and collaborate with Engineering to guide sprint planning.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of ETF/SMA experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and a proven ability to manage external partnerships with asset managers, custodians, and ETF providers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with ETF, AMC, SMA or similar products in asset management.
• Experience at fintech platforms, asset managers, custodians, or ETF providers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong execution discipline.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of ETF, AMC, SMA product capabilities across Lifecycle Manager and Product Marketplace.
• Collaborate with Engineering to guide sprint planning, backlog refinement, and milestone management.
• Translate complex asset management workflows into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage multiple high-priority initiatives with clear planning and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate data connectivity with ETF providers, custodians, DTCC, and other market participants.
• Partner with Client Success to ensure successful releases and user adoption.
