Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a Product Owner with software or systems engineering experience to support capability development and deployment for DoD customers. The role emphasizes big data workflows and DoD cyber defense, collaborating with engineers to build scalable capabilities and align with customer needs.

The position requires an active Secret clearance, DoD experience, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Hybrid work is offered with 2–3 days on site at Fort Meade, MD.

Qualifications

• Active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a BA in a related field; or 7 years with a Master's; or 13 years with HS diploma.
• Experience with government/military clients such as MARFORCYBER, DISA, or U.S. Cyber Command.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with government customers and lead analytic and application development.
• Be SME for Air Force operational BDP capabilities and operationalize them into daily operations.
• Gather software requirements from Air Force customers and guide development roadmaps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure DevSecOps delivery aligns with customer targets.
• Travel up to 25% CONUS/OCONUS and work on customer site 2–3 days a week.
