Enlighten is seeking an experienced Product Owner to support operations and growth strategy, with focus on AFCYBER at JBSA, TX, including DevSecOps support and data validation for the BDP/JCRS-D platform. The role requires on-site collaboration 2–3 days weekly in Columbia, MD, with travel up to 25%.

The position demands a TS/SCI clearance, 9+ years in DoD cyber/big data, and strong leadership to drive data requirements and SME-level support across government stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance required.
• 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a BA in business, a technical field, or related.
• 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or 13 years with HS diploma.
• Government or military experience with MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, US Cyber Command, AFCYBER, or 10th Fleet/Navy Cyber.
• Experience managing complex technical projects and programs.
• Understanding of budget practices and acquisitions processes.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work on customer site in Columbia, MD 2–3 days/week.

Aufgaben

• Establish, foster and strengthen relationships between Enlighten and targeted government customers.
• Lead data acquisition development and data strategy in support of operations and data validation.
• Serve as SME for Air Force BDP capabilities and operationalize them into daily operations.
• Provide excellent technical support to 16th AF users of the BDP and troubleshoot data ingest issues.
• Understand AFNET tiers to support new data pipeline solutions from AF base to enterprise.
• Gather data requirements from AF customer leads and convey them to developers.
• Champion Enlighten capabilities and align with government direction and adoption.
• Act as SME for the 16th AF landscape and influence government decision making on data.
• Collaborate with Enlighten's Customer Experience Group to develop roadmaps and plans.
• Expand opportunities by working with existing customers and document in CEG pipeline tools.
• Develop customer relationships and market intelligence on plans and programs.
