Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a Product Owner with software or systems engineering background to support capability development, deployment, and growth strategy for DoD cyber-focused projects. You will partner with a team of experts to design and implement data-driven capabilities tailored to military clients, emphasizing DevSecOps and customer adoption.

The role requires deep understanding of software design practices, requirements decomposition, and data structures, with travel up to 25% and on-site

Qualifications

• Security Clearance: TS/SCI level; U.S. citizenship required.
• 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a BA in Business, a technical field, or related; 7 years relevant experience with Masters; or HS diploma with 13 years experience.
• Experience with government/military organizations (e.g., MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, USCYBERCOM, AFCYBER, 10th Fleet/Navy Cyber).
• Experience managing complex technical projects and/or programs.
• Experience in Software / System Engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (CONUS/OCONUS) and work on customer site Fort Meade 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with targeted government customers.
• Lead for analytics and application development supporting operations and integration into customer daily operations.
• Act as SME for Air Force operational BDP capabilities and drive adoption into daily operations.
• Collect software requirements from Air Force customers and translate into development roadmaps.
• Provide updates to leadership on project status and customer engagements.
