Job summary

Enlighten is seeking an experienced Product Owner to support operations and growth strategy, with emphasis on Army Cyber Command and ARCYBER. You will help manage DevSecOps efforts, train users of analytics apps on the government Big Data Platform, and travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 25% with on-site work 1–2 days weekly.

You will build relationships, lead development roadmaps, and ensure production capabilities integrate into daily government operations, delivering clear customer value.

Qualifications

• Security clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required; U.S. citizenship.
• 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a BA; or 7 years with Masters; or 13 years with HS diploma.
• Experience with government/military customers such as Army Cyber, DISA, DCSA, USCYBERCOM.
• Experience managing complex technical projects and budgets; strong MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% CONUS/OCONUS; ability to work on-site 1–2 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen relationships with government customers.
• Lead analytics and application development supporting operations.
• Gather data/software requirements and convey roadmaps to developers.
• Provide SME guidance on Army BDP capabilities and operationalize into daily ops.
• Deliver DevSecOps pipeline coordination and customer updates.
