Job summary
Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Product Owner for the Client Authentication Digital Product Management team in Austin to lead a scrum team and drive authentication and fraud-detection initiatives.
You will partner with UX, security, risk, and channel owners to define capabilities, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and deliver valuable features on a multi-month program. This role emphasizes the latest authentication techniques and customer-centric experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in CS/engineering/business.
- PM experience with online security, authentication, fraud, or digital identity.
- Experience with federated identity and SSO.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Build feature/product/channel roadmaps to drive group priorities.
- Lead discovery with UX and tech to design experiments and hone solutions.
- Create and define user stories with acceptance criteria for delivery.
- Analyze customer data and studies to inform feature decisions.
- Interact with vendors to upgrade platforms and align roadmaps.
- Create authentication techniques with technology partners and risk teams.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide production metrics.
- Support internal teams and escalate issues as needed.
