Job summary

eNGINE is seeking a Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and data. You will help lead the delivery of software and data-driven solutions for pharma and healthcare partners, blending product ownership with hands-on delivery leadership.

You’ll own and prioritize the backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide delivery from concept to release in a hybrid PM/SM capacity. This client-facing role requires fluency with data platforms and modern analytics, while

Qualifications

Pharma or healthcare background required.
Experience delivering data and/or software solutions.
Experience delivering technology and data solutions in an agile/scrum environment.
Comfort in a hybrid Product Owner/Scrum Master capacity.
Familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks is a plus).

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog, writing user stories and partnering with Business Analysts on refinement.
Guide the delivery of software and data solutions from concept through release.
Fill PM/Scrum Master functions when needed, coordinating ceremonies and removing blockers.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to align on priorities, scope, and roadmap.
Push back on client requests when it’s the right call for the product or business.
Maintain fluency with data platforms, dashboards, and integrations to guide conversations.
