Product Owner, Core Credit Card Platform (Remote)

Join us as a Product Owner, Core Credit Card Platform (Remote) at Jenius Bank.

Summary: As a Credit Card Platform Product Owner, you will evaluate customer interactions from research to data analysis to find new ways to enhance customer experience and exceed expectations.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Understand Jenius Bank’s product goals related to the Credit Card platform.
2. Identify the reasons and requirements for Credit Card platform configurations.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and execute business requirements.
4. Own and maintain the strategic Credit Card platform product roadmap.
5. Align the roadmap with Jenius Bank’s digital strategy.
6. Plan execution with internal teams and technology partners.
7. Support platform upgrades and enhancements aligned with strategic goals.
8. Manage product configurations, testing, and validation across products.
9. Provide strategic input into the platform roadmap to support bank functions.
10. Leverage current and future strategic needs to influence the platform’s long-term roadmap.
11. Influence the backlog of user stories and acceptance criteria.
12. Participate in planning activities to manage stakeholder expectations.
13. Monitor development progress and update stakeholders.
14. Apply Agile methods, encouraging inspection and adaptation.
15. Assist in defect and incident management to minimize customer complaints and risks.

Position Specifications:

• 3+ years as a Product Owner leading digital application delivery.
• Experience with data analytics to improve customer experience and meet business objectives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and make decisions.
• Experience in Agile environments and tools like Jira.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and Credit Card products.
• Strong negotiation, organization, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Knowledge of core processors (e.g., Zeta, FIS).
• Experience managing stakeholder groups in regulated environments.
