Job summary

Kaleidoscope Innovation, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Product Owner (AI & Prompt Strategy) to lead company-wide prompt and persona strategy, partnering with engineering and a team of Product Analysts.

You will drive the development and deployment of voice AI agents across CDL, Sales, Servicing, and Fulfillment. The role requires 5–7 years in product management, strong background in AI/ML and LLMs, and the ability to design complex conversational architectures.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in mortgage, fintech, or complex customer servicing.
• Experience with AI/ML products, conversational AI, and enterprise AWS environments.
• Proven ability to design multi-agent or state-machine conversational architectures.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and A/B testing.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Orchestration: define the product vision for conversational AI and branding.
• Architect multi-agent orchestration, routing decisions, and sub-agent handoffs.
• Iterative prompt refinement and optimization across the AWS stack.
• Develop tracking frameworks for prompt efficacy and latency.
• Coordinate with CDL/Sales, Servicing, and Fulfillment teams to align requirements.
• Lead testing and QA, including A/B testing and data analysis.
• Monitor ROI through KPIs like CSAT and handle time.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate designs with infrastructure.
