• Experience turning complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Ability to write detailed briefs, user stories, and requirements for engineers.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with business rules, regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders, product, engineers, designers, and compliance to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Create detailed product briefs, feature definitions, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Drive delivery by ensuring requirements clarity and stakeholder alignment throughout development.
• Ensure requirements address business rules, state-specific regulations, and compliance needs.
• Support customer communications-related products (forms, contracts, statements, letters, emails, texts, push notes).
• Work with engineering to modernize legacy systems, reduce technical debt, and improve performance.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining clear, detailed documentation.
