Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Regulatory Engineer to define regulatory requirements for US, Canadian, and international markets. You will work with cross-functional teams to supervise safety certification, review test data, and support product compliance from design through submission.

Ideal candidates have engineering credentials, strong communication, and hands-on experience with hazard analysis, testing equipment, and MS Office tools. Travel nationally and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical equivalent.
• Experience in product safety and regulatory activities, preferably with power tools or consumer products.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Hazard Based Analysis techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with good organization.

Responsibilities

• Advise engineers on safety requirements and design constraints.
• Oversee product safety certification for worldwide sales.
• Review test results and certification submittals.
• Coordinate testing and data analysis across teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Develop best practices and tools to improve team efficiency.
